Straight facts, no fluff
This hotel clearly needs a deep clean and maintenance overhaul. The external noise was bothersome, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service. Despite friendly front desk attendants, the lack of proper cleanliness and responsiveness really detracted from my stay. Breakfast was rather mediocre. A few improvements could go a long way!

It has marvellous location in Pierre near to the drug store as well as the downtown area. Gallos Taqueria, where you can eat lunch, is relatively close to the hotel, really enjoyed this place.

Efficient staff, breakfasts were complimentary.
Incredibly beautiful hotel, the stay was wonderful, unbeatable location close to the downtown area. Location: the venue was just off center of the city, supermarkets, gas, walking paths and railway. As picky eaters we liked to be close to a great selection of restaurants, went to Gallos Taqueria couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

We loved visiting the South Dakota Discovery Center, a hit with our kids. The hotel offered a good breakfast to fuel us up before our adventures. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones. The pool area was a bit crowded was good.
